Terrible app and service.

I am facing so much trouble trying to login after I updated my Face ID. The app requested me to login but I keep getting the error message "Cannot retrieve response. Please try again". I've called customer service, they reset the SC mobile key but I still get the same error message. I've reinstalled the app more than 5 times, restarted my phone numerous times. Doesn't work. Still get the same error message. This is super frustrating as I also cannot login via the phone web browser but it's doesn't work from the phone! I have to use a computer or tablet! It's highly inconvenient when I'm outside and only have my phone with me! The support is also very slow, it can't be solved, I have to write in and it takes a few days to get a response!! Terrible app and service.

Bad Experience

I have a very unpleasant experience. My Scooter broke down, my phone also broken. I don't know if my salary have been transfer. I need to ensure I have the money before proceed to repair. Already late for work. I borrow someone phone to check my balance, it ask me to approve the pop up on my registered phone. I can't approve as my phone is broken. So I need to borrow someones motorcycle to find atm. It is a hot day and I am miserable. Your apps are not uset friendly. At all.

Sometimes I push the back button like 5-6 time before I can back to previous page.

And I have to registered EVERY SINGLE ACCOUNT before I can tranfer any money to anyone. Gosh. Sometimes it's only one time transfer for buying something online. I don't need to register their acc number. It's so inconvenient. Expecially if I am hurry.

Chat Button is Annoying

Hi. Feedback on app user experience. The chat button isn't always used when using the app and it shouldn't be made and placed on top of everywhere.

I have to flip it to another corner in order to press buttons or view figures, and the buttons appears to be at all four corners. The chat button is blocking the view.

Besides, please provide payment to credit card option when we are at the transaction page of a credit card. Each time I have to press back, press Menu, press Pay Credit Cards. It involves too many manipulations. Payment should be made easy.

Same goes to Transfer page which contains too many words, it's confusing at first.

Hope to have a redesigned app interface which focuses on user friendliness and simplicity. Maybank2u app or even their new Mae app has done a good job in that.
